We are going to make a recipe for pork brochettes, pork in Spain is one of the most used in our kitchen.

We all know that from the pig to the walk. When choosing a pork meat to make a skewer we have a wide variety of possibilities, we can opt for a sirloin if we want something sweet, a tender and juicy secret, the part of the feather, the loin of course and even the bacon. We have chosen the loin, it is a tasty, juicy part and it is also very affordable for any economy. Pork loin is characterized by having a high content of vitamin B1, it is also possessor of vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, D, E and K.

As we can see, it is a rich meat, and it is not only rich in vitamins, it is also rich in its flavor and texture.

The first thing we are going to do is chop the red and green peppers and the onion, we want to make chunks of about three centimeters more or less.

We are going to proceed to thread our skewer, we will alternate a piece of marinated pork loin, a piece of onion, a piece of red pepper and a piece of green pepper.

Alternating the ingredients well we get a skewer with a very colorful appearance and in the meantime the flavors are going to intermingle providing aromas to each other.

Now we are going to cut the potatoes, the tomatoes and the onions in halves, in such a way that we will get two halves for each element. Season with pepper and salt and arrange in a large oven tray, in that same tray we put the skewers for skewers that we have threaded. We throw a good splash of extra virgin oil to all the ingredients, and if we want we can add a splash of white wine. We put the preparation in the oven at 180 degrees for twenty minutes and put the grill five more minutes.

We already have our skewers ready to hang on our skewer support, now all that remains is to prepare the dish at the base with the potatoes, onion and tomato, all of them well baked.

We can now enjoy a good meal, juicy, appetizing and sumptuous.
